Collaborative Divorce Attorney
Collaborative Family Law is a specific process wherein the
parties and their lawyers agree not to go to Court and work
together toward settlement with the aid of other professionals,
such as communication coaches, child specialists, and or an
accountant, depending upon the issues of the family. The “team”
approach allows for better communication about the parties’
needs as well as the children’s needs. This process allows:
- Individual legal advice and representation
- Individual therapeutic aid where appropriate
- Privately contained mediation sessions with your
attorney and the other party and their attorney
- Encouragement towards resolutions outside of the
standard view of litigation
- Potential for much better results as compared to
litigation
Probate and Trust Administration
After the death of a loved one, the task of transferring
assets can be difficult and confusing. Masci & Masci will:
- Help you to file the necessary documentation to transfer
assets from a loved one’s name or trust to the intended
beneficiary
- Work with a Certified Public Accountant to file
the proper tax forms with the IRS
