David R. Masci
David R. Masci has been working in Family Law and Probate
since 1994 and was admitted to the California Bar Association in
1996.
David’s
passion is resolving cases where everyone involved can come to
terms that are acceptable and respect everyone's dignity in the
process. Be it a contested divorce or uncontested
divorce, settlement is the goal.
David is trained as a Mediator and a Collaborative Divorce
Attorney and is a member of
The
Coalition for Collaborative Divorce as well as the
International
Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
David has been on the board of directors of the Ventura
County Bar Association twice and donates time with the Volunteer
Legal Services Program as a Pro Bono Attorney.
David is a native of Ventura County and still resides there
with his family.
Felix G. Masci (Retired)
Felix G. Masci was admitted to the California Bar Association
in 1973 and retired in 2002. He practiced Estate Planning,
Family Law, Divorce Mediation, and Corporate Law during his 28
years as an active attorney. Prior to becoming an attorney,
Felix had a career as a mechanical engineer. Felix was a leader
in the Ventura County legal community and was involved in
numerous legal and civic organizations. He now enjoys his time
with his grandchildren and being active in the community.
